Marne Woman Involved in Byron Center Stroller Crash

BYRON CENTER, MI (WHTC) - A 20-year-old woman from Marne may be ticketed for driving her car into a woman pushing three children in a stroller. Jessica Triplett was on the sidewalk in front of an entrance to a chain drug store off of South Division Avenue and 68th Street in Byron Township last night when she walked in front of a SUV that was pulling out of a parking lot and had stopped for traffic. Erin Kishman’s vehicle then lurched forward, throwing a three-year-old girl, a one-year-old girl and a five-month-old boy out of the stroller. The children suffered bumps and bruises, and were taken to DeVos Children’s Hospital as a precaution; Triplett and Kishman were not hurt. An investigation continues.
