GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) -- The trial of the man accused in a decades-old double murder will continue on Tuesday with the defense calling more witnesses to the stand. Ryan Wyngarden is accused in the deaths of his sister Gail and his brother-in-law Rick Brinks on November 23rd, 1987. Cold case investigators interviewed both Wyngarden and his wife, Pam in late 2012 and arrested Wyngarden in January 2013. The trial is expected to last through Wednesday and Wyngarden could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted.
