LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan high school juniors will not be losing their access to free college entrance exams. State Superintendent Mike Flanagan met with a group of school counselors Thursday to dispel rumors that the ACT college entrance exam was being eliminated. He told them they’ve been "badly misinformed," and said state law requires students be given an entrance exam for college.
