DETROIT (WKZO) -- A shooting on Detroit's east Monday morning left one man dead. Police say an off-duty U.S. Border Patrol agent and his cousin were playing cards in a home in the 1800-block of Westphalia when words were exchanged with a third man.
The agent and his relative left the home and were in their vehicle when the third man pulled along side their car and pulled out a gun. The border patrol agent fired several shots killing the man.
The names of those involved have not been released.
