WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be busy in the Great Lakes this year. The Corps will spend 25-million dollars on eleven dredging and other harbor maintenance projects thanks to funding passed by Congress in January. Included are dredging projects in Port Huron, Cheboygan Harbor, Leland Harbor, Menominee Harbor and the St. Joseph Harbor that were not included in President Obama’s Fiscal Year 2014 budget.
