GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - Jury selection begins this morning in the trial of Ryan Wyngarden, the 51-year-old Zeeland man accused of shooting his sister and her husband to death at their Park Township home in 1987. Cold case investigators arrested Wyngarden 14 months ago after his wife agreed to testify against him. Prosecutors claim that Wyngarden killed the couple in a jealous rage over an alleged incestuous relationship. Opening arguments are set for next Tuesday, and Ottawa County Circuit Court officials say that the trial is expected to last about 10 days before Judge Jon Hulsing.
