GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- The ten-day liquor license suspension for The B.O.B. nightclub in downtown Grand Rapids will stay. Kent County Circuit Court Judge George Buth upheld the suspension that was put in place by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission stemming from the alcohol-involved death of a patron last year and two previous similar deaths. The suspension was scheduled to start on June 10, and was increased by the state after owners and lawyers for The B.O.B. fought an initial three-day suspension.
