ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Zeeland-based office furniture maker Herman Miller announced quarterly numbers yesterday. Sales for the three months that ended on May 31st were up six percent as compared to the same period in 2013, while orders rose nearly four percent. However, a price increase in February had a negative effect on net earnings, down 12 pennies per share to 28 cents. For the year, Herman Miller’s earnings fell 37 cents per share.
