HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - A couple of nine-year-olds playing with a toy bow-and-arrow set at a Holland home yesterday afternoon apparently experienced what could happen with the real thing. According to Public Safety Department officials, the unnamed youngsters were outside of a 13th Street residence, between Washington Boulevard and Maple Avenue, when one of them shot an arrow into the air. It glanced off of the other child’s head, causing a wound that needed stitching at Holland Hospital. No charges are expected to be filed against any adults as a result of this apparent accident.
