Department heads will submit and discuss their annual reports with commissioners, while Administrator Al Vanderberg delivers his State of the County remarks, appreciative of the guidance from Commissioners without their micromanaging. The Board is also expected this afternoon to approve two-tenths tax hikes for operations, emergency services and parks, increasing the annual levy to around 4.3 mills.
