OTTAWA COUNTY, MI (WHTC) -- The Ottawa County Department of Public Health is conducting a phone survey on the state of people’s health. County Epidemiologist Marcia Knol says there are a variety of questions. Some examples include life-style, personal perception of your own health and what type of access residents have to health care. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The survey should take about 15 to 20 minutes over the phone. A total of 2000 residents have been randomly selected and will be contacted by Barnes Research, Inc. Ottawa County residents are encouraged to take part in the study as it pertains to future health needs in the community.
