UNDATED (WHTC) - While one nautical mystery continues, another nautical tragedy was averted along the Grand River on opposite sides of Ottawa County. Detectives say that it may take several days before a positive identification can be made on the body of a man that was pulled from the waters in Jenison on Sunday, although an autopsy indicated that the victim had drowned with no signs of foul play. Yesterday afternoon, five persons were safely taken off of a 20-foot pleasure boat that had been taking on water in Grand Haven. No names were disclosed as the vessel was towed back to shore, and a cause of the flooding wasn’t immediately determined.
