DETROIT (WKZO) -- General Motors CEO Mary Barra is heading back to Washington for another round of questioning. Thursday will be Barra's fourth appearance before a Senate subcommittee as hearings continue regarding the automaker's delay in recalling millions of vehicles with faulty ignition switches. Joining Barra Thursday will be GM attorney Michael Millikin as well as Delphi Automotive CEO Rodney O'Neal. Delphi made the faulty switches linked to dozens of accidents and over a dozen deaths.
