HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The chef Series at the Holland Farmers Market continues Saturday morning with a demonstration about a different type of ingredient. Tom Hoover, Executive Chef for Hope College Dining will give a short overview of ancient grains, which could include amaranth, farrow and spelt. Hoover will demonstrate several recipes utilizing a variety of ancient grains and fresh Market produce. The demonstration takes place at 10 A.M. The Holland Farmers Market is open every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 A.M. until 3 P.M.
