LANSING (WKZO) -- Governor Rick Snyder’s administration is weighing how to pay roughly 350-million dollars to help the Detroit Institute of Arts and the city's pension funds. The governor is reportedly considering whether to borrow 350-million dollars to pump into Detroit's pension funds or set aside 17.5-million annually for the next 20 years. That money would likely come from the state's tobacco lawsuit settlement fund.
