LANSING (WKZO) -- Unemployment in the state dipped by four tenths of a percent in December, down to 8.4-percent. Reportedly the state added 64-thousand jobs last year with particularly strong growth in the professional and business services sector which added 21-thousand jobs. The state's manufacturing sector added 17-thousand jobs with more than half of those in the auto industry.
