UNDATED (WHTC) -- Strong winds will cause visibility issues for drivers on the Lakeshore today. The National Weather Service is reporting that gusts could reach 40 mph this afternoon, blowing snow across roadways. The most widespread blowing and drifting will occur in open country and on north to south roadways. Visibilities could be reduced to less than one mile at times. Winds should decrease early this evening. Another ice express will move thought the area Monday night with Tuesday morning temperatures of around four above.
