LANSING (WKZO) -- If a referendum is launched to repeal a law requiring women in Michigan to purchase a rider on their health insurance to cover abortion, it won't include the American Civil Liberties Union. The ACLU says it will not get involved in the fight. Gongwer News Service in Lansing reports, however, the organization is not ruling out a ballot proposal on broader issues regarding women's rights.
