LANSING (WKZO) -- Four people are dead to date in the state from the H1N1 flu strain, including an infant. Three adults have died while hospitalized at the University of Michigan Health System. Roughly a dozen others remain on life support and were healthy before falling ill with the flu. The H1N1 strain was behind the national pandemic in 2009.
