UNDATED (WHTC) -- A decision on the Keystone XL pipeline project could be coming soon. The news came after a meeting yesterday between the National Governors Association and President Obama. Governors say the decision is expected in the coming months. The pipeline would ship oil from Canada and the Bakken region to the Gulf Coast. A bipartisan group of 75 Michigan lawmakers signed a letter addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, urging that the pipeline be approved. Representative Aric Nesbitt says the pipeline means money and jobs. The project has been hung up over environmental concerns.
