DETROIT (WKZO) -- A gay rights group is touting their latest poll numbers ahead of federal trial on Michigan’s ban on same-sex marriage. Equality Michigan polled 600 registered voters and found 59-percent believe the ban is unconstitutional, and 63-percent support recognizing same-sex marriages performed in other states. Additionally, the percentage who oppose same-sex marriage has fallen by nearly four-percent from 37.6-percent in May, 2013 to 33.8-percent in the latest poll.
