HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- Holland’s Human Relations Commission is hosting two events during the month of February in an effort to focus on diversity and to promote understanding of others. Mark Bishop, strategic partnership coordinator for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights Community Relations Division, will speak on Monday, February 10th on “Hate Crimes 101.” The second event takes place Monday, February 17th. “Building Cultural Competence/Understanding Unconscious Bias” will enhance understanding of other cultures.
