HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Gas prices have taken a tumble along the Lakeshore.
In the weekly poll of Holland area stations taken this morning, the per-gallon average stood at $3.23. Rates ranged from a low of $3.17 to a high of $3.35.
This is 16 cents below last Friday’s nearly uniform mark of $3.39, as an across-the-board spike of 20 cents per gallon was enacted the day before the survey. It’s the lowest level for a Friday morning fuel check in eight weeks, since the mean stood at $3.13 on December 13th.
Triple-A’s daily canvassing showed a nationwide average of $3.27 and a statewide measure of $3.28, down a penny and two cents, respectively, from a week ago.
