DETROIT (WKZO) -- Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to make a stop in Detroit next month. For the second time in three years, the Vice President is slated to stop in the Motor City for Labor Day. Biden will reportedly speak following the Labor Day parade. In 2012, Biden spoke at the parade and in 2008 and 2011, before he was elected president, President Barack Obama attended.
