HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- The City of Holland and the BPW are one step closer to the grand prize of $5-million in the Georgetown University Energy Prize competition. The City already has a 40-strategic energy plan underway and are now looking for ideas from BPW customers. BPW Media Coordinator Anne Saliers encourages residents to come up with ideas.
In January, the competition begins in earnest to see who can save the most energy. A charrette to discuss ideas is scheduled for Wednesday, August 27th, from 8 A.M. until 3 P.M. in Holland City Council Chambers.
