UNDATED (WHTC) -- More details are coming to light in the investigation of a wrong-way driver crash that happened Tuesday morning in Kent County. WOOD-TV is reporting that information from the Michigan Secretary of State’s office shows that 36-year-old Crystal Rincones has not had a legal driver’s license since 2008 because of traffic violations and a medical condition. In 2013, Rincones was cited for careless driving and being involved in an accident that resulted in three people being injured. Rincones was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of U.S. 131 in Wyoming when she crashed into a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Vickers Charles Hansen. Rincones is in critical condition and no information on Hansen is available. The incident is still under investigation.
