UNDATED (WHTC) -- A 113-thousand square foot retail space that has been vacant for more than three years is being transformed with a whole new look. The old Home Depot site in Holland Township will have Dick’s Sporting Goods as an anchor, taking up a little more than half of the space. Three other national retailers will also be represented: Home Goods, Five Below and rue2. Maurice’s, currently located at Westshore Mall, will have a new home in the strip center. There is no word on when the project will be finished.
