WARREN (WKZO) -- A High School Student at Warren Woods Tower High School faces a lot more than just expulsion after school administrators decided to take a peak inside his book bag.
They found a loaded .22 caliber pistol, extra ammunition and three bags of pot, that they believe he intended to sell.
They believe the gun may have been intended for use against a classmate the suspect had been feuding with. .
The 15-year-old’s secret was revealed by a teacher, who could smell the pungent odor of pot in his classroom.
He sniffed around until he noticed it was coming from the young suspect, and sent him and his back pack to the principal’s office.
The teen was turned over to Warren Police.
The boy has been criminally charged and is being held on $50,000 bond.
