UNDATED (WHTC) -- The suspect in a credit union robbery on Friday has been identified. Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department Captain Mark Bennett says the suspect is 51-year-old Todd Kooiker of Georgetown Township. Kooiker robbed the Community West Credit Union in Hudsonville about 10 A.M. on Friday dressed as a woman. Employees say the man pulled a handgun and demanded money which he then put in a backpack. Just minutes later, a deputy saw a motorcyclist headed west on Port Sheldon St. When he saw the rider toss something resembling a wig, he gave chase, with speeds exceeding 100 mph. The chase ended on Fillmore St. when the rider tried to turn around, lost control and crashed into the patrol car. He is charged with bank robbery and fleeing and eluding and being held on a $200-thousand bond and lodged at the Ottawa County Jail.
