HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- Hope College holds the 27th annual Disability Awareness Week beginning this Monday, April 7th. Personal stories of those affected by disabilities are highlighted during the week. A keynote address by 1996 Hope graduate Chris Klein will be presented on Wednesday, April 9th. Klein was born with cerebral palsy and has traveled the country speaking about his experiences. The address takes place at 7 P.M. in the Fried-Hemenway Auditorium. On Thursday, family members of those with disabilities will participate in a panel discussion, “Disabilities Affecting Families.” The discussion gets underway at 7 P.M. in Winants Auditorium.
