HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Three ordinance amendments are expected to be approved in tonight’s Holland City Council meeting. One would allow residents to raise chickens and other fowl on a limited basis; another would strengthen graffiti cleanup rules; and a third revises street performer regulations in the 8th Street Marketplace ahead of the start of the Holland Farmers Market season. Council will also discuss labor talks and litigation behind closed doors.
