HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland Planning Commission yesterday approved the blueprints for a 68-unit condominium complex on part of the former Holland Country Club site. The Villas of Holland senior living community will have 15 four-unit condos and four duplexes, all single-level, along with a clubhouse that includes various amenities. The commission also endorsed rezoning of the 25-acre property to accommodate the development. The Holland City Council must still approve the rezoning before construction can begin.
