LANSING (WKZO) -- Changes are coming for people collecting unemployment benefits in Michigan. Among the reforms signed by Governor Snyder is a new law banning someone from collecting unemployment for a year if they test positive for drugs or fail to take a drug test if it's required by a potential employer. Supporters of the new law contend it's needed for Michigan to continue receiving federal money for benefits.
