Tigers Fall; High School Football Along Lakeshore Tonight

UNDATED (WHTC) - High school football along the Lakeshore this evening is highlighted by the Unity Christian at Hamilton game, which is on 1450 WHTC and http://whtc.com/listen-live at 6:40 PM, and the Bangor at Saugatuck contest, which is on 92.7 The Van and http://927thevan.com/listen-live at 6:40 PM as well. Other match-ups include Holland at Zeeland West, Holland Christian at Byron Center, Grandville at West Ottawa, Zeeland East at Muskegon, and Gobles at Fennville.


Boston scored three runs in the second inning off of Anibal Sanchez and went on to defeat the Tigers at Comerica Park last night, 4-3, to take a three-games-to-two advantage in the best-of-seven American League Championship Series. Johan Franzen’s second goal of the game, coming at the 7:10 mark of the third period, broke a 2-2 tie, and the Red Wings handed Colorado its first loss of the season last night, 4-2, in Denver. Detroit travels to Phoenix tomorrow evening.
