SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) - After a three-hour meeting, the Saugatuck Planning Commission tabled a request to rezone the former Presbyterian Camp site in order for a Grand Rapids-based developer to build eight homes on 22 acres. David Barker has an agreement to buy the 130-acre property for 10 million dollars. The Presbytery of Chicago is forced to sell in order to pay a settlement in a sex abuse case.
