MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) - Sixty days in jail, work release, probation and fines – that was the sentence handed down yesterday to Tom DeVoursney, the 54-year-old Norton Shores man who agreed to plead no contest to charges stemming from a fiery crash on Sternberg Road off of US-31 more than two years ago. Prosecutors claimed that he was speeding at over 100 miles an hour before the wreck that seriously injured him and a passenger. DeVoursney resigned as president of Grand Haven-based Shape Corporation three months after the incident.
