HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) -- Those suffering from insomnia, sleep apnea or other sleep-related problems might want to check out a lecture at Hope College next week. On Thursday, October 10th, sleep researcher Dr. James B. Maas will talk about the importance of sleep to daily functioning and health. The multi-media presentation will examine topics such as why most people are sleep-deprived, the importance of the different stages of sleep and strategies for sleeping well. The lecture will be held at Hope College’s Dimnent Memorial Chapel at 7 p.m. on October 10th. The public is invited and admission is free.
