HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The rubber band of gas prices along the Lakeshore is apparently being stretched again. This morning’s survey of Holland area stations had a per-gallon average of $3.16, 16 cents below that of last Friday, and a penny under what was being sold at the beginning of the month. The local mean, along with Michigan’s eight-cent drop to $3.21, are bucking Triple-A’s daily national level of $3.24, a four-cent increase in a week’s time.
