WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKZO) -- U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will be in Detroit Friday to discuss the Affordable Care Act and the botched launch of the Healthcare.gov website. The "Detroit Free Press" reports Sebelius will be at what's being called an "outreach and education" event at the Community Health and Social Services Center. Only about 13-hundred Michigan residents have signed up for coverage through the healthcare.gov website since it launched a month and a half ago.
