ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) - Officials of specialty parts maker Gentex announced on Tuesday the May 17th resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Finance Steve Dykman. Company officials would only say in a webcast that Dykman, who was Gentex' CFO for six years, is leaving "to pursue other opportunities," but that he would continue to be associated with the company as a financial consultant. Dykman did not make an initial public comment on the matter. The Zeeland-based firm also announced that Steve Downing will move from VP-Commercial Management to assume Dykman's titles and duties, while Kevin Nash will become Chief Accounting Officer.
