HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Holland Public Safety is investigating a two-vehicle crash last night in the area of the Tulip City’s most accident-prone intersection last year. An AMR ambulance not on a service run and not carrying any patients at the time was going southbound on Waverly Road when it struck the vehicle near 16th Street. Three persons in the vehicle were taken to Holland Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries; technicians in the ambulance suffered minor ailments. No names were immediately disclosed. There were 35 crashes at the Waverly Road-16th Street junction during 2012, six more than at any other spot in Holland.
