UNDATED (WHTC) -- Hope college athletes competed in a “Last Chance” meet hosted by North Central College in Naperville, IL on Friday. Two school records were set and several season-best performances were recorded in a meet that annually attracts athletes across the country, hoping to better their performances prior to the NCAA Division III championships two weeks from today in LaCrosse, WI. Junior Sheri McCormack shattered her own school record in the 1500 meter run by almost three seconds, turning in a time of 4:32.14. A 12-year-old Hope record was broken in the women’s 4x400 relay, with a recorded 3:55.72
