ALLENDALE (WHTC) - A 22-million dollars expansion and renovation project is underway at the Zumberge Library at Grand Valley State University’s Allendale campus. The project, which will convert the library into the new university administration building, will add 90-thousand feet to the five-story structure. Officials say the project will also allow for several university departments to consolidate their offices and free up classroom space in other buildings. The library will remain open for the rest of the semester, but will shut down April 27. The new administration building is expected open in May of next year.
