DOUGLAS, MI (WHTC) - The man who ran Mike O’Brien’s failed Congressional campaign told M-Live that the Douglas Democrat will not attempt to unseat Republican incumbent Fred Upton next year. Keith Rosendahl explained that the Herman Miller staffer, who captured nearly 43 percent of the vote last November in the most successful challenge to Upton to date, is angling for a 2016 US House effort, and will focus on party matters until then.
