GRAND RAPIDS (WHTC) - One of the alleged leaders of Holland’s Latin Kings street gang is being held in federal custody after his arraignment Wednesday on racketeering and cocaine charges. Eric Ruibal was one of 31 suspected gang members arrested last month after a two-year investigation by federal and state investigators targeting gang violence and drug trafficking in Holland. He is scheduled for a detention hearing next Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids.
