LANSING (WKZO) -- A new report from Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette might come as a shock to the charitable.  His first Professional Fundraising Charitable Solicitation Report has found on average, charities collect just 35-cents of every dollar that is raised in the state.  Schuette says he hopes the report will hold professional fundraisers accountable and make charities more transparent.
