GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - A restitution plan has been handed down to a 73-year-old former Catholic deacon in Grand Haven. Joseph Finnigan pleaded guilty to two larceny charges and was ordered to repay 120 thousand dollars by his April 22^nd sentencing date, or an embezzlement count dropped in a deal with prosecutors will be revived. Finnigan allegedly took an undisclosed amount of money from St. Patrick’s church over an 11-year span.
