HUDSONVILLE (WHTC) - In high school basketball, Ashley Overbeek scored the game’s first 10 points for Hamilton, and the Hawkeyes never looked back in defeating Holland Christian 41-23 to win the Class B girls district title at Unity Christian Friday. Overbeek finished with 15 points. Hamilton is now 21-1 and will play Ionia in the regional at Middleville Tuesday. In Class C, Saugatuck’s season ended with a 51-40 loss to Muskegon West Michigan Christian. The Indians finished 12-11.
