HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, MI (WHTC) -- A three vehicle accident sent several people to the hospital Saturday afternoon.  The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department is reporting that the accident occurred around 12:40 p.m. at the intersection of Quincy St and 112th Ave.  A vehicle traveling northbound on 112th Ave  driven by 49-year-old Rosa Arizmendez failed to stop at the Stop sign and ran into a second vehicle driven by 41-year-old Anastacia Mendoza-Penaloza, who was westbound on Quincy St.  Both drivers and two passengers in the Arizmendez vehicle were taken to Holland Hospital with minor injuries.  The third vehicle, driven by 54-year-old Dennis Rouwhorst, was stopped at the intersection when he was hit by the second vehicle.  He was not injured.  The accident is under investigation but the Sheriff’s Office says alcohol was not involved.
