GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - Grand Haven Public Safety officials say that a March 23rd explosion that injured a 56-year-old Grand Rapids man at the North Shore Marina is considered to be accidental. Michael Rosencrance was doing electrical work on his docked boat when his torch ignited the blast, which caused damage to his craft, as well as to two other boats and a storage building. Private insurance investigators are still probing the matter.
